A Take Stock in Children scholar, Anthony Vigliotti is currently a student at the University of Florida planning on earning a degree in biochemistry. Later, he intends to further his education to obtain a Doctor of Applied Chemistry. Anthony has engaged in multiple research projects at UF and even a medical entrepreneur venture called Balimmune. With a background in chemistry and a heavy focus on health sciences and genetics, Anthony hopes to enter the field of medical research and development to create new pharmaceuticals and treatments to fight disease on a genetic level.
