Juliana’s 3.93 GPA reflects her dedication to taking advanced classes, including Honors, Advanced Placement, and Cambridge courses. Her interest in research and the environment challenged her to take summer course work, Mapping Climate Justice, and participate in a group project, Examining Water Contamination Causes Based on Local Data. Juliana’s dedication to gaining technological skills to spread information, conduct detailed research, expand knowledge, and serve her community is encouraging. Juliana hopes to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Operational Research and Financial Management at Columbia University. In addition to school, Juliana is an active member of her school’s JROTC program and has served as secondary and primary Commander of Service Learning, Staff Officer, Operational Officer, Company Commander of Alpha, and Platoon Sergeant of Bravo Company. She hopes to become a licensed private pilot in her spare time by the summer of 2025.
