Michele attended Winter Springs High School with a 4.1 GPA and ranked 67th out of her 488 senior classmates.  She started volunteering at AdventHealth during her second year of high school for over 250 hours.  Michele graduated from  Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  She has been on three medical missions in Colombia, Dominican Republic, and California, where she performed much-needed checkups in makeshift clinics and shadowed surgeons.  In between classes, Michele maintains a high level of campus engagement, from being the President of SHARP, an Honors College-based club, to participating in CURE, an organization dedicated to advancing healthcare knowledge.  Michele works in Orlando at AdventHealth as an ICU nurse.
