Tyler Dwyer earned a 4.37 GPA at Keystone Heights High School. He was the Academic Team MVP and was selected to attend Florida American Legion Boys State. Tyler was also a member of the National Honor Society at KHHS. He received a Master of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018 and a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida in 2016. He is a member of the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology. Tyler has practiced in skilled nursing facilities in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He uses his passion for working with those affected by brain injuries and other neurological conditions to set and achieve personal goals, communicate effectively in ways that work for them, and participate fully in the activities and roles that lead to a fulfilling life. Tyler hopes to become certified as a Brain Injury Specialist and continues to work in rehabilitation as an SLP.
